Anything an agent can do to BRIDGE THE GAP in distance between themselves and the customer, and emulate the face to face experience is a good thing. Things like: - putting your face, and the faces of the others in your agency, on your web site- something amazingly few agents do. - using a co-browser during the sales process, together with a quoting engine and even web cam. Insurint quoting software includes a co-browser.
